Denise S. Bennett to Address Church Financing Challenges at National Conference
Bennett selected from “overwhelming volume of submissions,” say conference organizers
Denise S. Bennett, president and founder of DS Bennett Business Strategies and member of the National Speakers Association, has been chosen for the exclusive speaker line-up for WFX Charlotte, a national conference that guides church decision-makers to successfully plan and manage building projects.
With over thirty years in the commercial banking industry, Bennett is sought after for her insights into business strategy, lending, finance, credit and sales, as well as her ability to tailor each speaking engagement to specific audiences and meeting goals.
At WFX Charlotte, Bennett will speak to church leaders about to embark on facility construction. Her popular presentation “Before Bricks and Mortar: Designing your Church for Loan Approval,” will help attendees assess what they can afford, how to approach the planning process and what lending institutions deem to be a “credit-worthy” deal—all before thousands of dollars are spent on architectural drawings and feasibility studies.

Huxsaw, Conference & Events Manager for WFX Charlotte, this year’s speaker applications were “of such high quality that [the selection] process has proved more labor-intensive than in past years.” Bennett’s presentation was chosen from an “overwhelming volume of submissions,” added Huxsaw.
WFX Charlotte is expected to attract over 3,500 church and industry leaders and over 250 exhibitors from around the world. It will be held October 28 - 30, 2009 at the Charlotte Convention Center.
