Vision.
A corporate headquarters of their own.
Realized.
A building that fits today’s growing company and tomorrow’s financial goals.
After years of leasing office space, HumanCentric, a Cary-based integrated product design firm, wanted to purchase a building for their corporate headquarters.
They expected to save money and receive tax benefits. What they didn’t expect was an experience that was “downright enjoyable,” said Vince Bankoski, General Manager.
“Denise combines talent with great personality for a professional experience that is a pleasure,” Bankoski added.
“Initially, I was concerned about adding yet another voice to the process,” said Barry Beith, President. “But I realized at the outset of meeting with Denise that she simplifies the process, filtering out 99% of the confusion while providing the critical data.”
As with every client engagement, Bennett began by bringing focus and clarity: understanding HumanCentric’s financial conditions and long-term goals, and applying her commercial lending expertise to layout an ideal plan.
“Denise provided me with the luxury of options–but wasn’t afraid to be involved and to advise. She had the experience to guide me and respond to choices I made,” said Beith.
“The whole experience was reassuring,” added Beith. “Denise wrapped me in her own confidence, and I never felt anxious or out of control. I was so impressed that I came back to Denise to refinance my residential property. It turned out to be extremely timely relative to the dramatic changes in the market. Denise anticipated the trends and helped us to respond quickly and successfully.”
