When Redeeming Love Baptist Church was initiating the building process for a new church building, they were expecting “the nightmare that I have heard so many other pastors speak about,” said Dr. T.K. Ashley, Sr., Founder and Senior Pastor.

“But, as a matter of fact, it was a joy.”

DS Bennett Business Strategies began by educating the church leaders on the lending process, ensuring that they were well-prepared. “From the very moment that we sat down, Denise made us feel comfortable,” said Ashley. “She walked us step-by-step through the whole process with grace and ease, and counseled us to avoid the pitfalls.”

Phase II of Redeeming Love’s building project is planned for 2009. And once again, the church will rely upon DS Bennett to lead them.
