Lou Jurkowski, president of BJAC, P.A., an architectural design firm with two offices in North Carolina, wanted to purchase two commercial buildings and secure a renovation loan at the most competitive interest rate. But the time and deep knowledge required to assess various banks, standards and methods convinced Jurkowski to bring in a specialist. She contacted DS Bennett Business Strategies.

“Denise put all of the disparate financing terms into a spreadsheet, enabling us to compare apples to apples,” said Jurkowski. “She translated many of the terms into easy to understand language.” In the end, Bennett developed several loan package options, which included commercial building loans, the company line of credit and the business banking needs.
